If you choose to move forward, this visit may include photography, video documentation, and precise measurements of the space. For larger or multi-area projects, additional time or follow-up appointments may be scheduled.

To gain a complete perspective, Ryon will request a full tour of your home and may even ask to view your closet—an insightful way to understand your relationship with color, texture, and personal style. This meeting is about more than logistics; it’s a creative dialogue that helps establish trust, align expectations, and determine the best path forward.

Here, every detail is meticulously crafted—through hand-drawn sketches, immersive renderings, and refined floor plans.  Bespoke furniture and furnishings, as well as custom window treatments are designed specifically for your space, with fabric selections curated to align seamlessly with both your lifestyle and aesthetic preferences.

Lighting, art, accessories, and floor coverings are thoughtfully sourced and integrated to create a complete and harmonious composition. We liaise directly with our trusted vendors to confirm product availability, ensuring that what we envision together is not only beautiful—but attainable.

Once the design is fully prepared, we invite all decision makers to a dedicated presentation where the full concept is unveiled. This is a moment of transformation—where your future space is brought to life. Adjustments, if any, are made with care and collaboration. When the vision is finalized, we proceed with a signed agreement, securing the next chapter in your design journey.

Procurement

Once the final design plan is approved, our team begins orchestrating the next phase: procurement. We source bespoke furnishings and curated pieces from a select network of artisans and vendors—both nationally and abroad—to ensure every item meets our exacting standards of quality, beauty, and originality.

As each piece arrives, it is carefully tracked, inspected, and stored in a secure receiving facility until the full design vision can be installed in unison. Some items may arrive promptly, while custom-crafted selections may require additional time due to artisanal production schedules. Throughout the process, you’ll receive thoughtful updates on progress and timing, so you’re always aware—but never burdened—by the details.

The Final Reveal

As your renovation or decorating project nears completion, the transformation begins to unfold. If construction, painting, or wallpaper installation is part of the scope, those elements are addressed first—well before any custom furnishings arrive—ensuring every detail is protected and flawlessly executed.

Then comes the moment we’ve all been waiting for: installation day. This is when the vision becomes reality. Ryon and his expert team oversee every element with meticulous care, coordinating trusted trades and artisans to install window treatments, lighting, and furnishings with precision. For the most seamless experience, clients often step away during installation, allowing the team to work uninterrupted.

When everything is in place and every cushion fluffed, Ryon will personally invite you back for the reveal. Walking into your fully transformed space—without having witnessed the process unfold—is an experience like no other. It’s not just a redesign; it’s a reintroduction to the life you imagined.
